Relationship: Engaged to Jeff, an amazing HUNK OF A MAN, who is also referred to as Brawny Man.
Lives: California, in a place that’s close enough to a lot of amazing places to visit on day trips. I blog about them, when I can.
Learns: Undergrad, majoring in Deaf Education. Deaf issues are a passion of mine, I blog about them when they’re relevant. I am however switching directions for my Master’s degree. I hope to do something in Recreation Administration… like adventure tourism or land conservation.
Hobbies: This list is never ending. I love to craft, period. Sewing, knitting, crocheting, making, jewelry, … etc! I also love reading, photography, hiking, geocaching, swimming, uhmmm…. playing video games with Jeff (that’s not something I brag about, I’m not really the “video game” type, I’m just seriously competitive.) New to my list of hobbies is digital scrapbooking… I’ve done graphics stuff for almost a decade, so it was a matter of time that I would fall into digi scrapping.
Watches: Bones, 30 Rock, The Office, Two and a Half Men, Lie to Me, House, Digging for the Truth, Simpsons, Psych, and uh yeah, a lot more.
Movies: The Holiday, Hotel Rwanda, Rear Window, Dirty Dancing, Italian Job, The Breakfast Club, Tootsie, Casino Royale, Hunt For Red October, The Lake House, Under the Tuscan Sun, oh gosh… these are just off the top of my head, there’s so many more…
Favorite Places: Monterey Bay, Yosemite National Park, Hume Lake, Mt. Lassen, Mt. Rainer, Orcas Island
Favorite Foods: Oh this list is extensive… it really depends on the day/mood. My comfort food is good pad thai, but my largest food craving is Asian-fusion sushi… or whatever you want to call Americanized sushi that has flavor and isn’t whimpy, still raw!
