A name I’ve mentioned a few times here at WMM is Eleno, he’s Jeff’s gold panning partner & super awesome friend. Ever since Amazing Race started last January we’ve hung out with Eleno & his even more super awesome wife & my bridesmaid Desiree every Sunday evening (don’t tell any of my professors about that run-on-sentence.)
Anyways, Eleno started the police academy in the summer at the same academy Jeff attended. The cadets are required to do a certain number of community volunteer hours before graduation. Eleno helped out with a CrimeStoppers commercial as part of his hours. He’s in about half a second of the video, yet he was there for 12 hours.
Here’s the commercial, Eleno is the second shooter in the front seat of the car. Eleno is nothing like the man he’s portraying. Plus, his part of the clip is so short no one will ever stop him on the street recognizing him from the commercial.
